Why Have I Been Referred

There are occasions when your dentist feels it is advisable for you to be treated by another colleague who has a special interest in a particular field of dentistry; this is to ensure you receive the highest possible standard of dental care. At Smile with Pride Dental Care we offer a wide range of specialist dental services benefiting patients referred to us by other dental colleagues for specific specialist work.  Our dental professionals have devoted their careers to years
of post-graduate training to develop a level of expertise in a particular field of dentistry having undergone a rigorous selection and training process to offer you the quality
of care you would expect.

How does the Referral Work
 

Once we receive the referral from your dentist a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for
a consultation appointment. Once your consultation has been arranged we can then forward you more information regarding the appointment including a general guide to fees for your treatment.

A specialist consultation is £150 including radiographs (x-rays and photographs and possible CBCT scanning). This amount is deducted off your total treatment cost should you decide to go ahead with treatment.

We keep your dentist fully informed of
the progress of your treatment whilst at Smile with Pride Dental Care. Once all necessary treatment has been completed you will then be discharged back to your dentist for your routine dental care. A report
will be sent to your dentist explaining the treatment we have provided, the results achieved as well as advice.
